Private Secretary will monitor your phone via a Hayes compatible auto-dial modem and notify you on your pager and/or another phone that a call came in. This allows you the freedom to be away from your home or office phone and still respond quickly to incoming calls. In addition, Private Secretary can send wakeup calls and routine reminders to remind you of important events/meetings (or provide an excuse to get out of one).
Private Secretary can be set up to log call activity to disk, dispatch calls to small groups, other answering machines, and once registered, can also report when power has been restored after a power failure.
When used with a standard remote call pick up answering machine
connected to the same line, Private Secretary can provide a powerful and inexpensive voice mail system that can be linked to your pager, used for screening your cellular phone calls, or used as a message center for small groups.
